Booking conditions at Verona Hotel

1. General Provisions

1.1. Verona Hotel (hereinafter referred to as the Hotel), acting in accordance with these Booking Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) and the Rules of Residence in the Verona Hotel, provides the client — a physical or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Client) The hotel and accommodation (residence) of citizens of the Russian Federation and foreign citizens at the Hotel.

1.2. These Rules are public for all individuals and legal entities (both residents of the Russian Federation and non-residents of the Russian Federation), and serve for acquaintance and unconditional consent of the Clients with the conditions of booking and staying at the Hotel.

By booking the hotel number in any of the ways listed below, the Client agrees that he has read these Rules and consent to the processing of his personal data.

1.3. The cost of living in rooms of different types is indicated on the site and is valid only for individual tourists. Prices for groups are agreed with the hotel administration.

2. Booking procedure

2.1. The order of the service is carried out on the basis of an application for booking, properly completed and sent by the Client, through the Online Booking section of the Hotel on the site or by e-mail

In the application it is necessary to specify:

2.1.1. For individuals: the category of the room, the number of guests, the date and time of arrival, the date and time of departure, the surname, name, patronymic (if available), contact phone number, e-mail, if necessary, write notes.

2.1.2. For legal entities: In addition to the above, specify the form of payment (in the notes). For organizations paying for the hotel's services by cashless transfer, it is necessary to provide the full requisites of the organization.

2.2. Confirmation of the reservation is sent to the Client's address within 5 minutes with the Online booking of the Hotel on the site or within 12 hours from the receipt of the application by e-mail.

2.3. After receiving the confirmation of the booking with the indication «confirmed» by the Customer, the number in the Hotel is considered booked, and the service is confirmed. When the Client receives a «pending confirmation» message, the booking is considered preliminary, in which case the hotel's administration will inform the Client how to guarantee the booking. In case of 100% payment for the hotel services by a non-cash bank transfer, after a prior confirmation the client will be sent a scanned copy of the invoice for payment.

2.4. Guaranteed reservation of the room is considered only when the hotel's services are prepaid and / or as a guarantee the bank card data is provided with the ability to debit the funds from it, and in which the provision of the room is guaranteed during the entire paid period. In case of prepaid cost of the whole stay, or a given bank card, upon non-arrival of the Client after the first day of the stay, the reservation is canceled, with a penalty of 100% of the cost of the whole stay.

2.5. An unguaranteed reservation of a room is considered when the services of the Hotel are paid upon accommodation and if no prepayment for accommodation is made (at least 100% of the cost of the first day of the booked room) or the bank card information is not provided; this booking does not guarantee the arrival of the Client.

2.5.1. The hotel administration reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a non-guaranteed reservation, depending on the date of purchase, demand, remaining seats and seasonality.

2.6. Check-out time at the Hotel (Moscow time):

2.6.1. Check-in time is from 14:00.

2.6.2. The time of departure from the hotel is until 12:00.

2.6.3. At early arrival or late departure, in the presence of a free room, you can move in / stay for an extra fee. The Administration reserves the right to populate or not to populate the Client earlier than the specified time in subparagraph 2.6.1. and to prolong or not to extend the Client's residence later than the specified time in subparagraph 2.6.2. of these Rules.

2.7. If you check in from 06:00 to 14:00 hours, 50% of the cost of one (first) day of the reserved room will be charged, and upon arrival until 06:00 hours 100% of the cost of one (first) day will be charged. If you prolong your stay in the room from 12:00 to 18:00 hours, you will be charged hourly from the cost of one (last) day of the reserved room, after 18:00 hours 50% of the cost of one (last) day will be charged.

3. Payment for services

3.1. All prices listed on the site are presented in rubles of the Russian Federation per room per day.

3.2. For stays of less than one night — the fee is charged as for a full day.

3.3. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under the age of 12 or older is charged 500 rubles per night and person in an extra bed.

3.4. Possible forms and terms of payment for services:

3.4.1. Cash in the hotel directly at the reception and accommodation.

3.4.2. Non-cash transfer in rubles of the Russian Federation to the settlement account of the Hotel (payment through the bank, the details are sent on request). Payment must be received not later than one day before the arrival of the Customer or not later than the date of arrival of the Customer with confirmation of the payment made by a payment order with a bank note. IN THE PERIOD OF THE 2018 FOOTBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, PAYMENT SHOULD BE PAID TO THE HOTEL ACCOUNT DURING THE DAY AFTER BOOKING. The hotel exposes the invoice to the guest, if money does not arrive to the settlement account during the day, the hotel reserves the right to cancel this reservation.

3.4.3. Payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express by credit card directly at the hotel at the reception desk and via POS terminal.

4. The procedure for making changes and canceling the reservation

4.1. For correct changes to the reservation request or cancellation, changes or cancellations are accepted only in writing or by e-mail.

4.2. In the event of late delivery to the Hotel of changes or cancellation of the reservation by the Client, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of 100% of the cost of the whole stay of the reserved room at the Hotel, including 100% of the cost of other services.

4.3. In case of non-guaranteed booking, the cancellation of the application is automatic, without prior notice, if the Client did not arrive at the Hotel before 18:00 on the day of arrival. Obligations of the hotel on placement cease. In case of arrival of the Client to the Hotel after 18:00 hours, the accommodation is carried out upon the availability of seats and at the price of the reception and accommodation desk indicated on the site

4.4. With guaranteed reservation, the cancellation of an application takes place only on the initiative of the Client who made the reservation. The application is considered to be canceled after receiving a written confirmation from the Hotel. Money for non-indicated services is not returned.

5. Responsibility of the parties

5.1. The Administration of the Hotel is responsible for fulfilling its obligations to the Client, provided that the Client fulfills the obligations specified in these Rules and the Rules of Residence at the Hotel.

5.2. The client is responsible for fulfilling its obligations to the Hotel, as well as for causing the Hotel both material damage and damage to its business reputation.

5.3. A person who has issued and sent an application for a reservation and / or service represents the interests of all persons entered in the booking application, is liable to the Hotel for the correctness of the information on the persons reported in the booking application, for the proper performance by all persons of all of the above obligations, on payment for reservation and / or services and payment of a fine and / or penalty in case of cancellation of the reservation and / or services ordered.

5.4. The parties are exempt from liability for their obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, fires, typhoons, hurricanes, snowdrifts, military actions, mass illnesses, strikes, changes in visa regimes of countries, and restrictions transportation, prohibition of trade operations with individual countries due to the application of international sanctions, government acts and other events not dependent on the will of the parties. In the event of such circumstances, each party is obliged to notify the other party about this within a 3-day period.

6. Claims

6.1. In case of any claims from the Client in the process of providing the service, the Client and the administration of the Hotel will do their best to resolve the dispute on the spot.
